Balancing The Energy Centers Develops Our Conscious Awakening
I am the result of millions of years of evolution. I irrevocably understand the importance of balance within all of my energy centers. I now observe equilibrium with all the colours that express my diverse and multi faceted goddess nature. Balanced in thought and action I am finely tuned in with the present moment. Finally free of static head noise, I now spend my life in blissful flow – I let things in and let things go. I do not deny or block the power of surrender and release.
I am the divine expressing myself as an earthly woman. My goddess energy wholeheartedly embraces divine feminine spirit. I am a vessel and feel intrinsically tied to nature, mysticism, wisdom, intuition and purity. At my core, I have no ego or judgement of my shadow sides. I am heart essence. I honour balance and revere the sacred contract I have with my soul to celebrate change, transformation, intimacy, receptivity and wholeness.

Where are you expansive and when do you retract? When are you sovereign and when are you a slave? When do you crawl in a cave and when are you illuminated?
When I adorn myself with the full spectrum of rainbow gems I realise my balanced emotions are a source of Goddess Wisdom. By giving credence to my inner voice of emotions, and honouring them I tap into a treasure chest of long-suppressed spiritual feminine energy. This is my lineage and so I never run from my emotions, instead I allow myself to fully experience my feelings without judgement. This wisdom allows me to witness with spaciousness and compassion. This empowers and fulfils my spiritual role with a unique contribution for all who surround my Goddess embodiment.
I honour my intuitive voice when working with the energy of the Sacred Feminine. When I create regular times of stillness, quiet, meditation and contemplation I reunite with my feminine soul energy. When I invite connection with the infinite, bypass my mind and release the grip of the ego I consecrate a vital pathway of mindfulness. My soul responds in beautiful activation when I create a devotional sanctuary space with love and intention. In this deep inner well of reverence I can hear my inner voice.
When I cocoon, I pull inside myself where all my chakras, like hidden jewels are waiting to be activated, waiting to energize and bring balance into my life.
An activated Root Energy Center brings a solid and stable, grounded to the earth experience. I feel secure and at ease with my whole self, with my body, my thoughts and feelings.
An activated Sacral Energy Center brings a confidence in my sexuality and passion. I can easily express my wants and desires in an elegant way.
An activated Solar Plexus Energy Center brings a free-flowing control and discipline over my life. I am not overpowered by my own emotions and yet I feel powerful. I am connected to my confidence, wisdom, and empowerment.
An activated Heart Energy Center brings a compassionate approach to life. I have deeply satisfying, healthy and loving relationships that spill over into all the social and environmental activities I choose to partake in.
An activated Throat Energy Center commands creative expression. I am able to fearlessly and creatively express my whole truth. Be it in verbal communication, in the written word, art and work. Expression is now deeply rooted into all facets of my life.
An activated Third Eye Energy Center provides me with the insight and intuition that infuses my life with wisdom. No longer operating from the little egotistic me, I am now quiet enough to listen to the mystery and understand from the deepest of truths.
An activated crown Energy Center allows me to experience the moment in its totality. I remain present by never allowing my thoughts to go into past issues or future wishful thinking, becoming one with the present and enjoying life with the carefree abandonment of a child.
Activating The Etheric Energy Centers creates a deeply rooted personal connection with the Divine. By actually experiencing my etheric chakras during deep states of meditation, the vibrating and tingling sensations overtake my body providing a whole and united ecstatic experience of the energetic creation we all belong to.
With all Energy Centers in balance I become awakened and receptive to the most mysterious and energizing secrets the universe has to offer.
I know that I can raise my energy and be the light in this lineage at any time no matter what is happening around me. What is required in this age of awakening and reclamation is for me to be my reason, to be present and to be presence – To love and be love.
