I honour the power of ritual. It is an act of intention from my heart that I want to habitually express into the world. There are rituals for everyone depending on our lifestyle and spiritual beliefs.
In order to connect with my mystic I know the importance of creating my own sense of the sacred, daily, weekly and monthly.
I am not talking about performing sacrificial offerings or a traditional Ayahuasca ceremony. I am talking about experiencing full moon circles, baby blessings and Vipassana retreats. We must honour habits that shape our character and ultimately our destiny.
To live a life of magic everyday I am conscious of turning the mundane into the meaningful? When time is so precious a lot of our daily activity can be ritualised with mindful intention.
Just before the engine fires up the cogs for the day and chaos ensues with my family, I clear my heart space with an intention of joy. I raise my vibration using my sage smudge stick. I place my hands on my heart and breathe. I give kindness to myself. I give thanks for the beauty and wonderment of my life. This is how I like to show up in the world.
Sometimes I like welcoming the day with a yoga routine followed by Resonant breathing. I like meditating in my sacred oasis in the corner of our house to the aroma of frankincense essential oil. This sets up the flow of my day. It is my gateway into relaxation, gratitude and stillness.
I like to put on some Native American world music. I drop into the dance of my intuitive mind. The rhythmic drumming and chanting escorts me into a trance like state. It feels hypnotic. I feel my nervous system align and my spirit begin to loosen up.
My rational mind slows down its analysis and my brain pauses it’s thinking. My body is grounded and my mind is still. As I breathe down deep, I feel my senses merge into the NOW.
I create space to connect with my true nature. I reverse stress into flow and am liberated from the smoke and mirrors illusion of my everyday perception. I let go of the physical world and take the journey through the mountains and caves of my inner realm to the sphere of my dreaming. I feel a vast and spacious expansiveness within myself.
In this light and free flowing energy I have no mind, anything seems possible and deeper truths resonate. There is a clarity that my physical senses cannot perceive and an intimate sacredness that envelops me with protection and power.
I surrender to the collective unconscious entering into my physical body. My pineal gland is tingling with sensation. I open up my receptivity to channel ancestral and archetypal energy. In this space I build a picture of the future I want to manifest. I see myself living this new reality. I feel it, think it, smell it, taste it and believe it. Being attune to this subtle energy I find I do not let my ego dominate over my true feelings. It does not blind me. We attract what we cultivate in our depth not what our ego says we want to manifest.
I love being mesmerised by the violet blue ray of my Tanzanite. I realise the more I trust and am open to receiving the full power of my intuition the more guidance I am given. I notice synchronistic encounters that play out in my life. I am aware of these meaningful coincidences. It feels magical to have a hidden labyrinth of my own intuition. This imbues my life with a sacred potency.
We all have an intuitive sixth sense of just knowing, without knowing that we know. We can harness our divining instrument to guide us through life. This is true wisdom. Reflecting on the intense teal of my London Blue Topaz inspires me. It stimulates my inner voice to see beneath surface appearances to my knowing of truth.
We must not suppress this voice even when it is inconvenient or could involve the sacrifice of pain or sorrow. The silent inner compass of our intuition strives to be heard. It is a secret messenger that accompanies all of us. It can teach, warn, support, comfort and reveal things. It wants to tell us where to go and how to get there. This wisdom is available to all of us, but few of us even begin to tap into our profound potential.
I worship my favourite Ceylon sapphire pieces. The pure blue ray of this stone of wisdom illuminates my inner cave. It thins the veil between my everyday realm and helps me activate my higher psychic mind. It connects my new vision with my reality.
The outcome of living the Shamana lifestyle is the recognition that there is a divine flowing female force that travels through existence. It’s the same force that makes the birds sing the same force that moves a wolf to howl, the same force that moves our body to shake with uncontrollable transcendent joy. When we stop to honour this mystery, we revere our higher consciousness, we become our own divining light.
