Shipping
All Evoka orders placed online will be sent out based on the piece being in stock. If it is not in stock you will be notified via personal email of the wait time for production. This can be between 2-4 weeks ( excluding shipping time)
All of our products are handcrafted and not machine made, therefore your patience is appreciated should there be a need to wait on production.
Domestic online orders are sent via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Estimated delivery time within 2 business days within the Australia Post network.
International online orders are also sent via Australia Post and can take up to two weeks from the day of dispatch. This is dependant on each individual country and customs clearance.
Evoka does not accept responsibility for orders after they have been dispatched. All delivery enquiries will need to be forwarded to Australia Post (domestic) on 13 76 78.
Evoka Jewellery does not accept responsibility for delivery address mistakes or errors made by Australia Post or DHL Express, or Fedex after dispatch.
Any address errors made by the customer at the time of ordering will incur an additional postage fee for the parcel to be re-dispatched and the cost of which will be emailed to you.
Domestic shipping within Australia is FREE of charge for all orders.
All international orders are FREE of charge (for purchases over $250 AUD) for shipping via Australia Post. $25 AUD flat fee will be charged for items under $250 AUD.
International orders requested to be sent via Fedex or DHL Express will incur a $70 AUD flat fee.
Tracking
Customers will be provided with an order number with tracking for delivery via email or text message. Customers will be able to track the movements and status of your order via Australia Post or your requested Courier Company.
Return policy
Evoka Jewellery will accept an exchange or credit only for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing strictly within 7 days of purchase date. The product must be in original packaging, brand new condition & with the original receipt of purchase or invoice.
Customers must cover postage back to Evoka, and also provide freight or cost of shipping for exchanges.
Evoka does not refund unless in the case of a manufacturing fault or on a case by case basis. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in the original condition, unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with our policy. Special ordered products are final sales. Sale items are also final sales.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase if item is returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without its tags will not be eligible for a refund.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item. All returns will be processed with approx. 7 days upon receipt.
**Please note** All returns need to be properly insured through the courier (Fedex, DHL, UPS) as Evoka will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
